The idea of creating a substantial post(s) on the subject of food as a noble material in terms of humanitery artisanry is almost as old as the COVID-19 pandemic, going back to the days prior to the 5th of July of 2020, when I recorded these videos at my favourite Spanish restaurant of Peking. It has been delayed until now for whatever reasons, but never forgotten…
